Jill Robinson Is Coming For Our Launch!
We are so pleased to announce that the legendary Jill Robinson is coming to Malaysia for the official opening of the Furry Friends Farm (FFF) and launch of the Dr. Dog Programme.
Jill is a legend in the echelon of Diane Fossey (Gorillas in the Mist). She is for the bears what Diane Fossey was to the gorillas. She was awarded an MBE by Queen Elizabeth for Services to Animals in Asia.
Joy is glowing under the love and care of his guardian, Paul Choong who was one of the representatives of FFF who flew down to Hong Kong to train under Animals Asia Foundation for the Dr. Dog Programme. Jill Robinson is the founder of the Animals Asia Foundation.

However, in the case of the bears, they are undergoing intense suffering at bear farms in China and other parts of the world and Jill is working round the clock to rescue all of them. You can read more about her at :

Jill has made time to come down for this event specially to meet Joy, the dog that was beaten up by Indonesian migrant workers, calling him "haram" so that his lower jaw had to be removed. Joy was rescued by Sabrina Yeap, founder of the Furry Friends Farm and has now been adopted by Paul Choong. Jill's Robinson is helping launch the Dr. Dog Programme for Malaysia.

Joy hopes to be the first mongrel to qualify as a Dog Scout soon. FFF has a vision to change the way Malaysians perceive mongrels. Joy has proven that mongrels are not stupid, dirty and have a bad disposition. It is the way people treat them that have made mongrels seem this way to the public.
Joy is proud to be the first ambassador for the mongrels and he and his guardian Paul, hope more guardians will bring their mongrels out to participate in more doggy events rather than think these events are only for pedigrees. Your participation will help change Malaysian society's contempt for dogs and other animals, especially the mongrels and strays.
Please read posts above on how you can participate in our very special event to be held on June 9 and 10, 2007 at Central Park, Bandar Utama, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where Jill Robinson will also be present.
