Has The Dog Catching Contest Truly Ended?

RSC is saddened to see that while all the newspapers reported that the dog catching contest has ended, MPS continues to display on its webpage that the contest is very much alive.

From Natasha's blog at http://www.cleopatrathelabrador.blogspot.com/ we noted that SPCA broke ranks with the other animal rights groups and negotiated separately with MPS. Natasha member of CALM notes in her blog: "All NGOs including CALM left the meeting with the exception of SPCA (much to our disappointment).

According to CALM they had all agreed that MPS is to call off the dog catching competition, but as it stands now they don't know what separate deal SPCA has struck with them and sadly all the newspapers reported the dog catching competition is off but in reality, we don't see this happening.

    To Whom It May Concern,

In response to your blog post titled "Has The Dog Catching Contest Truly Ended?", please note that the statements such as :
"...but as it stands now they don't know what separate deal SPCA has struck with them and sadly all the newspapers reported the dog catching competition is off but in reality, we don't see this happening..." is inaccurate and misleading and it misrepresents SPCA Selangor's good intentions and work in helping the animals in Selayang.

If such misleading statements continue to be posted, SPCA Selangor will have no choice but to seek legal advice.

    SPCA Selangor
