Thieves Target Pedigree Pets In The Klang Valley

What do you expect from a country that allows Pasar Malam vendors to sell puppys and holiday resorts to display endangered wildlife and worse force baby elephants and orang utans to do perform for the public calling it "entertainment".
If so many people are allowed to exploit animals for profit, how can we expect dognappers not to eventually jump on the bandwagon?
